Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy describes how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled for purchases made on groxery.in, operated by Pixel Box.


1. Eligibility for Returns

A return or refund may be requested if:

  • the item received is damaged or defective

  • wrong product was delivered

  • product is expired or unsafe to consume

  • product received is significantly different from the description

We do not accept returns for:

  • products opened or used

  • products damaged due to customer mishandling

  • items without proof of purchase

  • items returned after the return window


2. Return Window

You must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our support.

Requests after 24 hours will not be eligible except in exceptional cases determined by Pixel Box.


3. Proof Required

To process a return/refund request, you must provide:

  • order number

  • clear photo/video of the product

  • clear description of the issue


4. Refund Methods

Refunds, if approved, will be issued via:

  • original payment method

  • store credit / wallet balance (if applicable)

Refund timelines:

  • Typically processed within 3–7 business days after approval.


5. Replacement Policy

Where possible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
Replacement will be provided only if stock is available.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not returnable:

  • perishable or temperature-sensitive items

  • unpackaged or partially consumed foods

  • items marked as “non-returnable”

  • discounted & clearance items unless defective


7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped / out for delivery — cancellation is not guaranteed.


8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability:

  • refund may not be issued

  • redelivery may incur additional charges


9. Abuse of Return Policy

Pixel Box reserves the right to deny service or block accounts for:

  • fraudulent claims

  • repeated returns

  • misuse of policy
