This Shipping Policy outlines how orders placed on groxery.in are processed, delivered, and handled. groxery.in is operated by Pixel Box.


1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to selected areas within Srinagar and surrounding regions.
Delivery availability may be expanded over time.


2. Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within:

  • Same day or next day — for local Srinagar deliveries (depending on availability)

  • 1–5 business days — for other serviceable regions

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • product availability

  • courier logistics

  • weather conditions

  • peak shopping periods

  • public holidays


3. Delivery Charges

Shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout prior to final payment.
We may occasionally offer:

  • free delivery promotions

  • minimum purchase-based free delivery


4. Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once an order is placed:

  • You will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.

  • If tracking is available, tracking details will be provided.


5. Delivery Attempts

If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery:

  • The delivery agent may attempt re-delivery

  • Or contact via call/SMS for rescheduling

Failure to receive the order after multiple attempts may result in cancellation.


6. Packaging

Products are packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
For perishable or fragile items, additional protective packaging may be used.


7. Missing / Damaged / Wrong Items

If your order is:

  • expired

  • incorrect

You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery along with photo/video proof.


8. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.
We are not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete details.


9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as:

  • natural disasters

  • strikes

  • lockdowns

  • political disturbances

  • logistic failures
